JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execution of performance tactic plans. 
  • Optimize online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Ecommerce…
  • Planning and execution of SEM campaigns – keyword research, text Ads’ copywriting.
  • Campaign management – campaign set up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting.  
  • Work with the Performance Manager to ensure all client needs are met and all projects are completed on time and to budget. 
  • Ensure client KPIs are met. 
  • Use digital analytic tools to analyze and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each client.
  • Research and competitor’s performance activities review.
  • Collaboration with the Planning team.
  • Coordinate with account or directly if needed in tackling daily communication with clients in terms of media matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Experience as Performance Executive or similar role 
  • Experience with social media, Google Ads and SEM/SEO..
  • Good working knowledge of web, app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, appsflyer, adjust, etc.) 
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking 
  • Self-time-management skills 
  • Google/ FB certificate is a need.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Step 3: First-round in-person interview with the Line Manager to assess professional capabilities
  • Step 4: Second-round phone interview with a Manager from another department to evaluate cross-functional collaboration skills
